RDF’s underwriting and servicing process allows us to form deep bonds with the leadership in the organizations that have received funding. In addition, RDF provides technical assistance to many of our borrowers that allow us to roll-up our sleeves and work alongside those who are providing such critical services and infrastructure in our communities.

Every few years, RDF surveys its borrowers to ensure that we are providing the best service and products possible. RDF has received consistent top marks in the following areas:

• “We have been satisfied with our relationship with RDF” : 100% of those surveyed agree
  
• “Our loan transaction(s) was / were structured to our satisfaction” 90% of those surveyed agree
